The short answer

For AI consultancy in Luxembourg, Digiton starts with a free 25-minute scoping call, then a paid five-day production review of your code and infrastructure, then a fixed-scope build and operations. We also flag the local rules that change a plan: the SME Packages AI pre-analysis, Fit 4 AI's approved-consultant requirement, which Digiton doesn't meet, and the CSSF outsourcing rules, which differ for firms in DORA's scope.

What Digiton does for Luxembourg teams

Digiton is an AI consulting firm and custom AI development company. We design and ship custom AI platforms and agent systems, and we take software your own team started (often with Claude or another coding agent) and make it fit for real users.

In the Luxembourg results we recorded on 3 October 2026, four of the ten were smaller firms' AI pages and one belonged to a global consultancy. Two were business directories. The other three were a listicle, a job board and Luxinnovation's list of AI start-ups.

We build our own products the same way we build yours. Parci, Digiton's real-estate AI platform, runs a graph of six agents over hybrid retrieval and covers 300 of 308 Portuguese municipalities. Our internal operations run on ten scheduled agents, and the code is public on GitHub with 27 unit tests on the rails.

Three Luxembourg rules that change the plan

Check these before scoping anything. Each one moves money, timing or paperwork.

SME Packages AI. The Ministry of the Economy reimburses 70% of eligible costs for an AI project worth between EUR 3,000 and EUR 25,000 excluding VAT, after a mandatory pre-analysis. Whether a provider registered outside Luxembourg, such as Digiton, qualifies is not confirmed.

Fit 4 AI. Run by Luxinnovation with the Ministry, it co-funds an analysis of AI opportunities at 50% for SMEs and 30% for large firms, on eligible costs between EUR 10,000 and EUR 200,000 excluding VAT. Only an approved consultant's analysis qualifies, and Digiton is not approved.

CSSF outsourcing rules. Circular CSSF 22/806 requires prior notification when a critical or important function is outsourced. Since the CSSF's April 2025 update, firms in DORA's scope apply it only to business process outsourcing, and their ICT outsourcing follows DORA and Circular CSSF 25/882. Firms outside DORA keep 22/806 in full.

Your compliance team decides whether a system counts and under which framework. We hand them the architecture, data flows and hosting details they need.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in Luxembourg?

No. Digiton Dynamics OÜ is registered in Tallinn, Estonia. We work with Luxembourg teams remotely and travel on site when a workshop or a handover needs people in the room.

Can Digiton run my Fit 4 AI analysis?

No. Fit 4 AI only funds an analysis by a consultant approved by Luxinnovation, and Digiton is not approved. Luxinnovation puts companies in touch with approved consultants. You can use one for the analysis and bring the roadmap to us for the build, which Fit 4 AI doesn't fund.

Will SME Packages AI pay for a project with Digiton?

We don't know yet, and we won't guess. The official page sets no rule on where the provider is based, and nobody has confirmed how a provider registered in Estonia is treated. Ask during the mandatory pre-analysis with the House of Entrepreneurship, before you sign a quote.

We're supervised by the CSSF. Can you still build for us?

Yes, with your compliance team involved from the scoping call. If your firm is in DORA's scope, its ICT outsourcing follows DORA's third-party rules and Circular CSSF 25/882, and Circular CSSF 22/806 covers only business process outsourcing. Outside DORA, 22/806 covers both, including prior notification when a critical or important function is outsourced. Confirm the scope with your compliance function or the CSSF. We document hosting, data flows and access so they can classify the arrangement.

How does an engagement run, and can we stop after the review?

A free 25-minute scoping call comes first. Then a paid production review over five working days on your real repository and infrastructure, scored against our ten layers, with one load test and a fix list that has a cost on every item. A fixed-scope build follows, then operations, run by us or handed to your team with the runbooks. No step is bundled with the next, so you can take the review, fix the list with your own engineers and stop there.

What does the production review cost?

We quote it on the scoping call once we've seen the size of the repository and the infrastructure. It's a fixed fee for five working days, and you keep the scored report and the fix list whether or not we build anything.
