AI agent development company Luxembourg teams can trust with real actions
Digiton designs, tests and runs AI agents for Luxembourg companies. Every agent ships behind rails that can stop it, and every version is scored on your real cases before it acts.

The short answer
Digiton is an AI agent development company working with Luxembourg firms. We build agents that act on email, CRM, documents and internal systems. Each action passes a kill switch, a do-not-contact list, an allowlist, dedupe and a daily cap. For CSSF-supervised firms we document the agent so your compliance team can classify it.
An agent is software that acts. Build it like that.
A chatbot answers.
An agent sends the email, updates the CRM record or books the slot, so the engineering around the model decides whether it's safe to run on a Tuesday night with nobody watching.
In the Luxembourg results we recorded on 3 October 2026, five of the ten were firms' own pages: a global consultancy, an offshore development shop and three smaller firms. The rest were two job listings, two news stories and a directory. Put the questions below to any of them.
The rails every Digiton agent passes
Every action an agent proposes goes through one function before anything irreversible happens. It checks, in this order:
- A kill switch. One file on disk freezes every job at once.
- The recipient or target exists. No target, no action.
- A do-not-contact list, which always wins.
- An allowlist. Empty means nothing goes out.
- Dedupe, so the same action can't fire twice inside the retention window.
- A daily cap that stops the run after a set number of actions.
In Digiton's own fleet of ten scheduled agents, 27 unit tests cover those rails, and new clones run in dry-run mode until someone opts in. The template is public on GitHub.
Evals before launch, logs after
Rails stop bad actions. Evals stop bad answers. Before an agent goes live we build a test set from your real cases and score each version against it, so a prompt change that breaks one customer type shows up in the test run instead of in production.
Our own product shows the pattern. Parci runs six agents, and one of them exists only to verify the draft against its sources and send it back when a claim isn't supported. It covers 300 of 308 Portuguese municipalities.
Luxembourg rules for agents
CSSF outsourcing. Circular CSSF 22/806 sets a prior notification process when a critical or important function is outsourced. Since the April 2025 update, firms in DORA's scope apply it only to business process outsourcing, and their ICT outsourcing falls under DORA and Circular CSSF 25/882.
SME Packages AI. The scheme requires a pre-analysis with the House of Entrepreneurship or eHandwierk and ends with an evaluation meeting that records the savings made. Measure the task before the agent ships. Whether a provider registered outside Luxembourg qualifies is not confirmed, so ask at the pre-analysis.
We give your compliance officer the agent's permissions, data paths and hosting so the filing is accurate. The AI agent development service page has the full method, and the Luxembourg overview has the rest of the local rules.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot replies to a person. An agent takes actions in other systems, such as sending, filing or updating records, which is why it needs rails, a kill switch and tests before it runs unattended.
Do agents for banks or fund managers in Luxembourg need CSSF notification?
It depends on the function. Circular CSSF 22/806 requires prior notification when a critical or important function is outsourced, and DORA's third-party rules cover ICT outsourcing for firms in its scope. Your compliance team classifies it, and we give them the technical facts.
Can we see how your agents are controlled before we sign?
Yes. The rails from Digiton's own agent fleet are public on GitHub with their unit tests. Clone it and run the demo.
What kinds of agents do you build?
Inbox and document triage, drafting agents whose output a person approves, CRM and pipeline sync, and retrieval agents that answer from internal documents with citations.
How does working together start?
With a free 25-minute scoping call about the task, the systems the agent will touch and what it must never do. For an agent that already exists, the paid production review follows: five working days in your repository and infrastructure, scored against ten layers, with one load test and a fix list that has a cost against each line. A fixed-scope build comes next, and then we either operate the agent or train your team to.
How long until an agent is live?
The production review takes five working days. Build time depends on how many systems the agent touches, and we fix the scope in writing before work starts.
