AI consultancy Dublin teams hire to ship what they started

Digiton is an AI consulting firm that takes AI systems Irish companies have started and gets them ready for real users, or builds them from scratch. We work with Dublin teams remotely and on site by arrangement.

The short answer

For AI consultancy in Dublin, Digiton offers a free 25-minute scoping call, then a paid five-day production review with a load test, then a fixed-scope build and operations. We also cover the Irish rules that shape a project: the AI Office of Ireland and its regulatory sandbox, and what Enterprise Ireland's Digital Discovery grant will and won't fund.

Who we work with in Dublin

The usual starting point is something half-built. A support assistant that works in the demo. An internal tool an engineer put together over a few weekends with Claude. A pipeline that reads documents well until volume doubles. Digiton is an AI consulting firm for that stage.

We recorded the Dublin results on 3 October 2026. Seven of the ten were firms' own pages: six from smaller firms, two of them built around Dublin, and one from a global consultancy. The other three were a directory, a jobs page and a listicle. A results page can't tell you how any of those firms decides a system is ready, so ask each one, us included.

Irish rules worth knowing before you build

The AI Office of Ireland. A national authority now coordinates how the EU AI Act is applied here, and a notice dated 30 July 2026 reports its establishment. Its AI Regulatory Sandbox Programme lets developers test solutions with regulatory guidance, and we prepare the technical description it needs.

Digital Discovery from Enterprise Ireland. This grant funds up to 80% of an external expert's advice, to a maximum grant of EUR 5,000, for 3 to 7 days with daily costs capped at EUR 900. It doesn't pay for building. Our Digital Discovery guide has the full rules.

Work we can point to

Two systems are public.

Parci is our real-estate AI platform: six agents, hybrid retrieval, a verification stage on every answer, 300 of 308 Portuguese municipalities covered and a full analysis in about 47 seconds. And our own back office runs on ten scheduled agents whose every outbound action clears a kill switch, a do-not-contact list, an allowlist, dedupe and a daily cap.

Frequently asked questions

Are you based in Dublin?

No. Digiton Dynamics OÜ is registered in Tallinn, Estonia. We work with Irish companies remotely and come to Dublin by arrangement when meeting in person helps.

Can the Digital Discovery grant pay for a Digiton build?

No. Digital Discovery funds an external expert's advice or training days, and a roadmap or action plan. Enterprise Ireland's FAQ says neither implementation nor product development is covered.

Does the EU AI Act affect a system we're building now?

Possibly, depending on what the system decides and for whom. The AI Office of Ireland coordinates the Act in Ireland and publishes guidance for businesses. We document the system so your legal advisers can classify it.

We built our tool with Claude. Can you take it over?

Yes. That's a common starting point. The production review shows which of the ten layers the code already meets and what it costs to close the rest.

How do you decide a system is ready?

With ten layers, each checked with a command or a file, never an opinion. Secrets out of the frontend bundle. Database access enforced per row. A main branch nobody can break. Input checked at the API edge. Preview builds for every change. Security headers in force. Rate limits on anything public. Caching that never serves one user's data to another. Shared state held outside process memory. Errors reported before customers report them.

What are the steps, and can we stop after one?

A free 25-minute scoping call on one system and one deadline. A paid production review of five working days inside your repository and cloud setup, with a score on all ten layers, one load test and a fix list with a cost beside each item. A fixed-scope build. Then operations, or training for your engineers. You can stop after any step, and the fix list is written so your engineers can close the gaps themselves.

How quickly can you start?

We reply with a time for the scoping call within 24 hours. The five-day review starts once we have read access to the repository and the cloud account.
