• ChaZeMo EV charging, Lisbon, 2026, Live, on real charger data
  The operations platform behind an EV charging network. ChaZeMo's own back office for its charger network, running on live charger data since July 2026. Sessions are priced on Portugal's four tariff periods, and each building manager gets a portal that shows only their own sites. An OCPP 1.6J link has already run a full billing cycle on a real charger.
• The Email Marketers Email marketing agency, Remote, 2026, In production, portal and automations
  The automation layer behind an email marketing agency. We took over the automation behind TEM's client work. Clients log in to a portal to approve work and read monthly reports, and a newly signed client gets a login without anyone setting it up. ClickUp stage changes trigger brief checks and Slack carries the briefs and alerts. We also built a Klaviyo agent for cart copy.
• A top university in El Salvador Higher education, Central America, 2026, Delivered, production cutover, June 2026
  A closed-RAG tutor inside a university Moodle. An AI assistant that answers students only from their own course material, inside the Moodle they already use. Each course gets its own retrieval workspace, and the system runs on the university's own infrastructure. When a question falls outside the course, it says that plainly. Read the write-up

  A clinic website that catches every enquiry. A new website for a medical and dental clinic in Carnide, live on medicalfamily.pt. Every booking form and online assessment lands in one admin inbox and alerts the clinic team. Each treatment has its own SEO page, with clinical copy taken from the clinical director's own text. • Cascais rental manager Short-term rental, Cascais, 2024, 40 to 65, properties, under a year
  An owner pipeline that keeps the portfolio growing. A short-let manager on the Cascais coast, trading since 2005, had sat at 40 properties for years. We shipped a direct-booking website and a radar that spots each new short-let licence the day it is registered. The portfolio reached 65 in under a year. We keep the client's name private. • Parci Our own product, Portugal and Estonia, 2026, 300 of 308, Portuguese municipalities
  Zoning answers with the legal article attached. Parci is the real-estate AI platform we built and run. Point it at a plot and about 47 seconds later you get a feasibility report that cites the municipal plan. We wrote the data pipeline, the agents and the report engine. Read the case study
