A driving school sells instructor hours in a car. Every empty slot is revenue that cannot be recovered later, which makes scheduling the whole business.

An escola de conducao runs a three-way constraint: a student who is free at certain hours, an instructor with a licence for that category, and a vehicle. Most schools solve it with a whiteboard, a shared spreadsheet or a phone that rings during lessons. The code exam and the practical exam generate a paperwork trail per student: the medical certificate, the photo, the identification, the enrolment, the exam date, the result, then the retake path if it goes wrong.
